Editing your profile

1. While signed in, click your avatar at the top right and choose Profile.

2. Click Edit profile.

3. Change what you need and click Update profile at the bottom of the page.

The most common changes:

• First and last name. Remember this is the name printed on certificates.
• Email. If you change it, you will receive a confirmation email at the new address.
• User picture. Upload a photo or avatar; it is cropped to a square automatically.
• Description. A short text other students see in the forums.

If you signed in with Nostr

Two things specific to Nostr accounts:

• Your display name was filled in from your Nostr profile only the first time. If you change it on Nostr, it does not update here; edit it in your campus profile.
• Your email is a placeholder address generated from your npub, so you receive no mail at all. To receive it, replace it here with your real address. We explain it in Sign in with Nostr.

Changing the language

The campus is available in Spanish and English.

• For this session only: use the language picker in the top menu.
• Permanently: avatar → Preferences → Preferred language.

The interface language does not change the language of course content, which each teacher decides.

Notifications

Avatar → Preferences → Notification preferences. There you choose which notices you want by email and which only inside the campus.
