This only applies to username and password accounts. If you sign in with Nostr, GitHub or Google, you have no campus password: recover access through that service instead.
Open moodle.libreriadesatoshi.com/login/forgot_password.php or click Forgotten your username or password? on the sign-in page.
Enter your username or your email. Either one is enough.
Click Search. If an account matches, you will receive an email with a link.
Open the link (it expires after 30 minutes) and choose a new password.
If the email does not arrive
Section titled “If the email does not arrive”- Check your spam folder.
- For security, the campus answers the same way whether or not the account exists. If nothing arrives, try your other email or your username.
- If you created the account with Nostr, GitHub or Google, there is no password to recover: sign in with that method again.
- Still stuck? Contact us with the email you think you registered with and we will look into it.
Changing your password without having forgotten it
Section titled “Changing your password without having forgotten it”While signed in, open your user menu (top right) → Preferences → Change password.
