Some courses are open so anyone can read their content without registering. It is the quickest way to find out whether a course interests you before enrolling.
How to enter
Section titled “How to enter”It is the first block on the screen, Start exploring. Click Access as a guest.
Under the button, the campus puts it this way:
Some courses allow guest access. To earn rewards and take part in graded activities you'll need an account.
So: some courses do let guests in, but earning rewards and taking part in graded activities both need an account.
Browse the catalogue and open the course. If it allows guests, you will see its content right away. If not, the campus will ask you to sign in.
What you can do as a guest
Section titled “What you can do as a guest”- Read the course materials: texts, videos and links.
- See the course structure and the lesson calendar.
What you cannot do
Section titled “What you cannot do”- Save your progress. When you close the browser, the campus does not remember where you were.
- Submit assignments or take quizzes.
- Take part in forums or message other students or teachers.
- Earn rewards. Rewards are tied to an account.
- Get certificates. Certificates are only issued to registered accounts that complete the course.
- Open courses that are not marked as open.
